Only what you put in the booking enquiry form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, postcode, the dates you need covering, who needs looking after, and anything you write in the message box.
Replying to your enquiry and, if we go ahead, arranging your sit. That's the whole list. No marketing emails, no newsletters, and your details are never sold or passed to anyone for their own use.
Only me. Your enquiry isn't shown to anyone else, published anywhere, or used to build a public listing.
In my private database (hosted with Supabase) that only I can access. The form sends your details over an encrypted connection.
Enquiries that don't turn into a booking are deleted within a few months. If we go ahead with a sit, I keep what's needed for that booking until it's done, then delete it, unless you ask me to sooner.
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and it's done, no process to go through.
This site sets no cookies. I do use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit which pages, which is privacy-first by design: no cookies, no fingerprinting, and nothing that identifies you personally or follows you to another site.
